Shalinidevi Ramanathan is a passionate teacher and trainer for phonics and grammar who runs ‘Phonics Power’ learning centres in more than 35 locations. She has been working with Jolly Phonics since 2012 and has trained over 8500 teachers in Jolly Phonics & Grammar. As an academic consultant, she has supported more than 300 schools and institutes in implementing Jolly Phonics & Grammar.

With over two decades of kindergarten teaching experience, Prerna Arora has conducted many professional workshops for both parents and teachers. She has witnessed how Jolly Phonics and Grammar transform learning into an enjoyable, interactive experience for children and families.

Vaishali Patel, a Montessori-trained educator with 14+ years of teaching experience, has seen remarkable improvements in children’s reading and spelling skills through Jolly Phonics and Grammar. She has extended this approach to underprivileged village girls, empowering them with literacy skills. Passionate about mentoring, she supports both educators and learners with systematic and engaging methods.

Shefali Juneja is the Head of Training and Growth at SAAR Education Pvt. Ltd., the partner distributor for Jolly resources in India. With 20 years’ experience in teaching, training, and curriculum design, she is CELTA-certified from Cambridge University, holds a TKT certification from the British Council, and is a certified NLP Practitioner, Soft Skills Trainer, and NABET-accredited TTT. She is also an Accredited Jolly Phonics & Grammar Trainer.

Shweta Modi is a certified Jolly Phonics trainer and founder of Creative Minds Academy. She has completed TESOL and several Oxford modules in education. With 12 years of experience in Jolly Phonics and Grammar, she has trained thousands of teachers across India, both online and offline. She also has 4 years of international school experience and works as a career counselor and soft skills trainer.
